Fourteen months of creative planning, 95 days on the road, 329 cities, 36,000 kilometers traveled and an Olympic record: 1.4 million Cokes distributed. With the SRCOM’s team we co-created 6 OTR vehicles. We also did the creation of the 5 big Coke concerts, the daily 20 minutes’ presentations on City Celebration stage, a series of activation ideas and an endomarketing campaign for the Coke ambassadors while on the route. • Set Design • Activation Ideas • Motion Design • Digital Campaign • Show Concept • Event Script • Concert Artistic Direction • Show Caller As a main sponsor of Rock in Rio, Coca-Cola had the right to activate a 180 m2 space at the world’s biggest music festival. Coke challenged us to create an activation that could translate their communication strategy on the music territory: fans on the spotlight. The focus should be on the audience, not the stage. Our solution was to create a very special stage where we democratised the experience for the audience. First we formed a mega band formed by young music lovers: 4 drummers, 5 electric guitarists, 2 bassists and a keyboard player. Our singers? The audience attending the festival! Coca-Cola FM Band rehearsed dozens of hit songs that were played at the 7-day festival and sung by anyone at Rock in Rio that wanted to go up our stage and be the star. The experience consisted on playing 25 songs a day; each song was sung by 50 music lovers and played live by our mega band. To step up the experience, we also created an audition booth where guitarists and drummers were auditioned live and, if approved by our music director, could join the band and have the experience to play live for a large audience at the world’s biggest music festival. A 360 campaign that was launched in a beautiful picnic event, then spread out by digital influencers with the help of digital sampling in Instagram, and after, ended up with a massive sampling experience at supermarkets all around brazil. The new product, 100% natural, was launched in a picnic at a beautiful garden house in Sao Paulo, filled with influencers and special guests that posted the experience and spread the launching of the new juices, making the online buzz we intended. The following step of the campaign was to promote a digital sampling of the juices. We gave away thousand of juice samples through our digital influencers to their audience, that received small bottles directly to their houses. At the same time, we invaded supermarkets all around the states of Brazil with our sampling bikes so consumers could taste the new Del Valle Origins juices. <img width="1280" height="951" plant. Visual identity for the event and participation in the creative artistic conception of the Truck's Reveal show. The project involved a ballet of the trucks on the brand's huge test track, enriched with LED screens in the background, large structures for scenic lighting and a rosco screen with projections that gave a layered effect to the show. A DJ and a violinist performed live an original soundtrack along the show. Inspired by the history of the musical genre that for decades has dictated trends and influenced generations, we created a brand activation for Continente, the largest group of supermarkets in Portugal, during Rock in Rio Lisboa 2018. A professional studio was set up in our space where festival goers had the opportunity to record a song live with a professional band and still share the result on social networks. In addition, we had a slot machine where visitors could win gifts like pins, posters and t-shirts. Artistic Direction • Stage Design • Activation Ideas • Motion Design • Digital Campaign • Show Concept • Event Script • Show Caller In late-2017, Coca-Cola Brazil launched a national promo campaign called Fan Feat. The idea was to put the face of nine top Brazilian singers on Coke cans and call out music fans to vote for their favourites by purchasing them. The three most voted artists would record a hit song together, a videoclip and also perform a guest concert for the fans who voted the most throughout the three-month campaign. Promo campaign’s biggest prize was an exclusive live show featuring the three most voted singers: Luan Santana, Simone &amp; Simaria and Pabllo Vittar. Our job was to create an unforgettable experience for all the prize winner fans and Coke guests - from choosing the best venue to place the show; to designing the stage and doing all its creative direction. We involved the fans a month before the concert, as soon as the voting ended and they were announced as winners. Through Whatsapp groups, we started to engage the 300 fans - sending artists’ audiovisual material and asking them to send photos and videos - to get them fired up for the show. The concert wasn’t just a pop music show featuring famous artists. We engaged the fans making them part of the show and treating them as rock stars, instead of being mere spectators. At the day of the show, we had a series of special activations before the main event; entertaining, empowering and showing the fans/winners their importance to the project - since it was their engagement and voting that put the three artists there. The stage was designed in a way to embrace the fans and put them very close to their favourite artists. Seven huge vertical LED displays positioned nonparallelly completed the scene. Being a special show, we created unique moments at the artists’ set. Each singer had a special entrance and on one special song we granted six fans of each artist to go up the stage and take part of a special performance. On another song of each artist, at chorus moment, we played on the LED screens footage sent by fans singing that part of the song. Honouring again the fans on stage in a special way. At the end of the show, on the last song, we distributed inflatable microphones, volumed up the audience mics and performed a gran karaoke sang together by the 3 artists and the whole fan crowd. The concert was broadcasted live by a Brazilian tv channel, streamed by VEVO and live on Coca-Cola’s Brazil Facebook. The ratings were awesome and the concert was the second most watched event on Brazilian television during its transmission - only losing to soccer night. Live streaming of the concert had the most audience of all time in Coca-Cola Brazil streaming events. • Set Design • Activation Ideas In late-2017, Coca-Cola Brazil launched a national promo campaign called Fan Feat. The idea was to put the face of nine top Brazilian singers on Coke cans and call out music fans to vote for their favourites by purchasing them. The three most voted artists would record a hit song together, a videoclip and also perform a guest concert for the fans who voted the most throughout the three-month campaign. The extensive campaign needed some activation boosts along its run to keep social engagement high. In early February, about halfway through the campaign, we benefited from Carnival - Brazilian most famous holiday - and promoted a photo activation at two of its most prestigious events. At Vogue Carnival Ball and at “Nosso Camarote“ - the most famous luxury box at Rio’s Sambodrome - we created a beautiful and professionally illuminated photo stand. Various brazilian famous artists and social influencers attending the events stepped up the stand, chose his/her favourite singer’s Coke can and took a picture, by a professional photographer, simulating the black and white campaign’s photo mood - only the can was colourful. To speed up the delivery of the photoshop-treated photos, we had a team of Retouchers at backstage to edit and send the pictures so the attendees could share them still while at the events. The activation was a huge success due to the hundreds photographed famous artists’ instagram posts, which ended up reaching thousands of followers helping the campaign to keep a high level of
